The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, established in 1971, is a non-profit community based health center that provides comprehensive primary care, social services, and health education to underserved Asian Americans in New York City. The majority of our patients are low-income, Chinese or Korean speaking immigrants. Our services include internal medicine, pediatrics, dental, mental health, women’s health, social work, health education, health careers training, and research. In 2006, the Health Center served more than 32,000 patients for 165,000 medical and dental visits.
Summer 2009 internship opportunities will be viewable in spring 2009.
