If you are interested in pioneering cross-continental partnerships, Uganda may be the place for you this summer. Internships based out of the capital Kampala focus on children's health, collecting disappearing music, investigative reporting and more. Kampala is a bustling city growing with many of the vibrancies and challenges of cities across East Africa. The opportunities will allow interns to experience a different set of life assumptions, institutional structures, and history, while beginning to learn Ugandan drumming, traditional dance, and Luganda in special lessons.
Summer 2009 internship opportunities will be viewable in early January.
